About The Position

Keyes Toyota is looking for driven, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our high-performing team. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• High-energy, results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive sales experience a plus.
• CDK/ADP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
