As a Solution Specialist (Sales Representative) on our Retail Team and working at our, Lindsay Rogers Store, you will be an entrepreneur of Rogers and Fido plans, products, and services. You will take careful steps to understand the needs of each customer and are dedicated to providing the best solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-year of retail/sales/customer service experience
  • Be open to workdays, evenings and weekends
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must have a valid work or study permit
  • Clear a Criminal Records Check
  • Clear ID verification

Responsibilities

  • Use innovative selling strategies to promote Rogers / Fido products and services to new and existing customers develop and execute tactical sales plans to meet or exceed all sales targets.
  • Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs.
  • Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine.
  • Interacts with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards.
  • Troubleshoot customer care issues and provides solutions by working with key internal contacts.
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved, whether customer service, operational or personnel related to the appropriate department within the company or Rogers.
