Sales Representative - Dental Office
About The Position
Ziemek Dental Laboratory is a leading provider of high-quality dental restorations and solutions. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, innovative techniques, and building strong relationships with dental practices. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our client base and grow our presence in the Katy, TX area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new dental practice clients and guiding them through the onboarding process with support from our dedicated onboarding team. This is a results-driven role with significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and tiered commission structure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical, or B2B industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with dental industry terminology and practices preferred; prior experience as a dental assistant or dental hygienist a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new dental practice customers in Texas.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Represent Ziemek Dental Laboratory at industry events and networking opportunities.
