Dealership: L0056 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Tri Cities Sales Representative Pay: Commission pay plan based off performance. Earning potential of $65,000-$130,000 annually. Schedule: May include some weekends and evenings. Requirements

  • Experienced in sales processes-Car sales experience is preferred but may consider a candidate with relative experience.
  • Must be customer focused and committed to providing top tier customer service
  • Ability to handle high volume and adapt to business needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with us to meet projected sales goals
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • Responsible, reliable and a team player
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • We are a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
  • Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
  • Be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.
  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Track customers using store specific management system/s.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
  • Attend product and training courses.
