About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring energetic, courteous, sales-driven representatives to promote and sell Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements at the Vancouver Costco. Products include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products. Representatives receive training to demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and to encourage sales. Demo hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with all days available; weekends are described as the best commission days. Compensation starts at $26 per hour, with daily bonuses for exceeding sales quotas. Employment is W-2. The company provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit. Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile device skills.
Ability to lift and carry an approximately 15-pound, 4-foot folding table from the parking lot to the store and back to the car.
Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from the car.
Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
Current resume and completed screening questions.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales.
Represent yourself and the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store at the beginning and end of each shift.
Work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
