About The Position

Join two award-winning dealerships, Steele Hyundai Fredericton and Steele Buick GMC, as they enter their next chapter of growth. Following record-breaking years, we are expanding our Sales Teams and seeking ambitious individuals ready to grow with us. Steele Hyundai Fredericton has achieved Hyundai's prestigious Signature Status Recognition, and Steele Buick GMC has earned the 2025 GM President's Club Award. We are hiring 4+ Sales Representatives across both dealerships, providing the necessary tools, training, inventory, and support to build a rewarding long-term career. This opportunity offers unlimited earning potential, with top performers earning over $100,000 annually. We also provide guaranteed income stability during your first year, with weekly income support for those new to commission sales, and compensation plans designed to support success for both new and seasoned professionals. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Help customers select the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
  • Learn financing, leasing, and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
