Sales Representative - Conestoga Mall
About The Position
Neo is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join their movement and represent the company at various activation events. These events will take place in malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers by signing them up for Neo products such as the Neo Credit card and Neo Money account. Sales Representatives will act as the face of Neo, earning a guaranteed hourly rate, uncapped commission for each product opened, and bonuses for exceeding targets. Performance can be tracked in real-time through the Neo App.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm to share Neo products with Canadians.
- Ability to travel across your city to various locations.
- Money motivated individuals.
- An interest in technology or financial products.
- Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful.
- Sales driven with a track record of high performance.
- Must undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check.
