Previous sales experience in any industry is a plus, but candidates new to automotive sales are also encouraged to apply. Requirements

• Active driver's license
• Acceptable MVR and background report
• Sales experience is a plus, but candidates from various employment backgrounds are welcome
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Comfortable with computers and tech-savvy in a digital sales environment
• Enjoys a fast-paced, target-driven workplace and thrives in a team setting
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through follow-ups on warm leads, generating new sales opportunities
• Present vehicle options, discuss pricing, and close deals while meeting sales targets
• Craft and deliver compelling sales strategies that appeal to customer needs
• Apply proven sales techniques to promote vehicles and recommend add-on products or services
• Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience from start to finish
