Entry Level Sales Representative
About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative. In this position, you will engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach, introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation, and generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required! Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry and use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career.
Requirements
- No experience required
- Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings
- Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without

Benefits
- Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
- Average first year earnings: $55k-$75k/yr
- Top reps earn $85k+/yr
