About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program that is launching in Portland, OR. The role involves recruiting local businesses to become part of the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify and guide them through the application process, and organize recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner converted.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Outside/Field Sales experience required.
  • CRM Experience Required, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience in prospecting and making outbound calls.
  • Sales management experience.

  • Field sales experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
  • Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
  • Ability to travel up to a four-hour round trip distance daily.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
  • Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, leading activities and managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
  • Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
  • Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
