We are seeking motivated and reliable Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team in the Louisville, KY area. This commission-based role involves servicing repairs/sales customers, with all leads, a company vehicle, and fuel provided. We offer an Industry Leading Sales System and comprehensive training, so industry experience is not required; a willingness to learn and grow is key. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check and Pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb ladder safely, work at elevated heights to access roofs and inspect attics to determine roof work needs
  • Daily travel in the home market

Responsibilities

  • Represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
  • Provide our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service
  • Run leads provided daily
  • Perform roof and attic inspections to determine customers roof needs
  • Provide estimates for customers during the appointment
  • Follow up with past customers
  • Keep in contact with current customers
  • Work alongside the production team to ensure they are able to complete projects you have sold
