D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service. The Sales Representative will continuously source new customers, assist them in finding and designing their dream home, and ensure a smooth sales process from sale through loan, options, and construction. This role involves effectively communicating D.R. Horton's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers, uncovering customer goals and challenges, and establishing D.R. Horton as the best solution. The representative will overcome objections, close sales, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, they will continually source new sales opportunities, create and provide marketing plans to management for establishing new customer relationships, network and perform outreach to realtors, manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with team members. The role also includes maintaining and expanding the database of prospects, attending sales meetings, developing and maintaining good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members, executing policies to ensure compliance with quality standards, and conducting all business in a professional and ethical manner.
