As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our continued growth and relationship-building in Northern Colorado. We are seeking a customer-focused, highly communicative professional who is passionate about developing long-term, trusted partnerships with our existing clients while actively cultivating new connections with prospective clients. In this highly collaborative role, you will work seamlessly alongside our expert Closing and Sales teams to ensure every client's needs are met with precision and care. Utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills, you will respond to inquiries in a timely manner and take true ownership of delivering the exceptional, positive customer experience that Land Title Guarantee Company is known for. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in clear, professional communication and writing skills
  • Experience owning and managing monthly and quarterly team and individual metrics
  • Title License will be required as a condition of employment within 90 days of employment with Land Title.

Responsibilities

  • Pass the title insurance license exam.
  • Maintain a high level of professional knowledge by continuously investing in your own learning, attending educational workshops, and participating in professional societies.
  • Act as a true consultative sales professional, responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s sales efforts within your assigned accounts to successfully drive revenue growth.
  • Take full ownership of the activities that drive your sales and gross margin quotas, including active prospecting, account strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management using proven lead-based sales techniques.
  • Deliver deep value to your customers by providing expert advice on industry best practices and perfectly aligning Land Title's services with your clients' long-term strategies.
  • Continuously analyze market reporting to spot emerging opportunities.
  • Develop, present, and execute targeted sales strategies to increase target market sales and capture new business.
