Sales Representative � Vacation Ownership
About The Position
Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Daytona Beach. Previous timeshare experience is not required. If you have proven sales experience and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition into vacation ownership sales. As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests, understand their vacation needs, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales. Qualified guest presentations are provided – no cold calling or prospecting required.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Previous sales experience
- Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Coachable and motivated to learn
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experience is welcome, but not required.
- Sales professionals from real estate, automotive, luxury retail, home improvement, hospitality, membership sales, and other commission-based environments are encouraged to apply.
