An early-career pharmaceutical sales role designed for a motivated individual interested in developing strong foundational skills in sales, customer engagement, and territory management. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations (DBO), the Sales Representative, Vacancy Management will support prospecting initiatives across key territories, including identifying appropriate targets and lead qualification to drive sales growth, while partnering with Sales Leadership to prioritize prospecting efforts aligned to strategic goals. Secondarily, they will work collaboratively with Sales and Patient Access Services (PAS) teams to maintain a positive customer experience and demand generation during periods of representation disruption. The role will bridge the gap between Territory Business Manager vacancies and leaves of absence through flexible coverage, including virtual support and potential in-person engagement, to ensure territories remain properly covered and business disruption is minimized. Sales Representatives must be geographically flexible to cover short-term territory assignments when in-person coverage is required.
