The role provides customers with solutions to their work apparel needs by offering weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding. The position involves applying learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within their territory, utilizing the CRM to identify and close new business, and consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
