About The Position

This business-to-business (B2B) sales role involves offering solutions to customers' work apparel needs, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding. The position utilizes the Cintas Sales Training Program, focusing on skills such as cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing. The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within their territory, using a CRM to identify and close new business, and consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
  • Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within their respective territory.
  • Utilizing CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
  • Consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas.
  • Applying learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection-handling, and closing.
