About The Position

As a Sales Representative for Title and Escrow, you will be the face of our office within the community. Your role involves promoting our title and closing services to real estate agents and other industry professionals to secure their business. You will act as a liaison, connecting agents with escrow officers by understanding their personalities and facilitating effective working relationships. A key part of your job is educating agents on the latest industry and local developments, and building trust to foster enduring client relationships. You will also be responsible for entertaining clients to strengthen business and personal connections.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to three years of sales experience.
Basic understanding of title insurance.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Well-organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
State-specific certifications where applicable.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of escrow, title, or real estate experience.
Notary license.

Responsibilities

Identifying and meeting with real estate agents and lenders to cultivate relationships and sell title and closing services.
Following up with potential clients, responding to questions, and obtaining information to persuade them to use our services.
Serving as a trusted resource for agents and lenders, answering their questions with expertise and support.
Utilizing social media to develop and maintain client relationships.
Creating and conducting workshops for agents, using prepared and customized materials to enhance their job performance.
Reporting meeting results to supervising managers and preparing weekly reports on business performance, gains, and losses.
