About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement within a Fortune 250 company that provides industry-leading sales training and technology. The position is in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging. The Sales Representative will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. Responsibilities include identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. Daily tasks involve cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, presenting ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. Prior sales experience is not required, as comprehensive sales training and technology support will be provided. Key attributes for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and a determined attitude. Requirements

  • Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in-person, and over the phone.

  • Continuous Learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships within existing accounts by strategically cultivating additional business and serving as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador.
  • Collaborate daily with clients, internal partners, and the network while demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
