About The Position

This role is for a Sales Representative, Small Business Services at ADP, a Fortune 250 company. The position involves working within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees. The primary responsibilities include identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. The role requires cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, and closing business, with a significant portion of time spent in the field. ADP provides comprehensive sales training and utilizes the latest sales technology. The ideal candidate should possess integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude. Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively.

  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
