About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement within a Fortune 250 company. You will receive industry-leading sales training and utilize the latest sales technology. The environment is fast-paced, inclusive, and collaborative. You will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees, identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. Daily activities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, presenting ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. Prior sales experience is not required, as comprehensive sales training will be provided. Key attributes for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude. Challenges are expected to fuel determination and drive success, leading to rewards such as uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement opportunities within a respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Comfortable leveraging modern digital tools and platforms, including AI, for efficiency.
  • Ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships within existing accounts by strategically cultivating additional business, in addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
