About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. This role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement opportunities within a Fortune 250 company that provides industry-leading sales training and technology. The position is in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging. The Sales Representative will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees, identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. Daily activities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client needs, presenting ADP solutions, and closing business in the field. Prior sales experience is not required, as ADP provides comprehensive sales training and teaches the use of the latest sales technology. Key attributes for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and a determined attitude.   • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
