Guardian is seeking a Group Benefits Sales Representative who will be responsible for building and maintaining broker and plan holder relationships to drive ongoing sales and retention of groups of 2-2,000 lives with a primary focus on the under 100 lives market. Success for the Sales Representative, Select Market will be determined based on the ability to attain high levels of production through broker development and internal relationships. This role will report to the Market Leader within the assigned territory.
