About The Position
SRM Concrete is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative for their Ready Mix Concrete division in Sherman, TX. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and guide customers through the sales process. The Sales Representative will act as a trusted partner, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. The position involves representing SRM Concrete at industry events and within the community, while also supporting teammates and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

- Collaborate with leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Travel locally to job sites and customer locations.
