About The Position

As an investment, retirement, and individual insurance products representative, your role will be to carry out the necessary tasks for business development and to maintain a privileged relationship with the clientele under your responsibility. You will achieve this through the following functions: Master the laws relating to investment and retirement products, individual insurance products, and the various work tools. Support the internal product development team by providing information and feedback on competitors and product features for development and positioning relative to our competitors. Plan, organize, and carry out solicitations with intermediaries (financial advisors and agencies) for the various types of products and services under your responsibility. Support intermediaries by providing them with adequate documentation, as well as information and explanations on the products and services offered as needed. Make regular visits to the intermediaries and general agents under your responsibility to develop our business and maintain a privileged relationship. Participate in the development of the Company's turnover by increasing the number of brokers and partners. Participate in the organization of activities to promote our products and services to intermediaries. Promote the Company's image and the quality of our products, services, and processes. Participate in meetings and training sessions organized by the Company. Submit reports on request related to activities in your territory. Acquire the continuing education units necessary to maintain your insurance license.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in selling financial or insurance products.
  • Have a good knowledge of individual insurance and investment products.
  • Hold a license in personal insurance or commit to obtaining it.
  • Demonstrate aptitude for sales and business development.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
