This role involves managing and growing a dedicated territory of industrial accounts through a structured route, driving a company-provided, fully stocked mobile sales vehicle (box truck). The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with plant managers, maintenance teams, and purchasing professionals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and prospect for new business. This position offers the chance to provide same-day solutions by delivering critical MRO supplies directly to customers, conduct product demonstrations, and recommend tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include tracking sales activity, maintaining accurate truck inventory, ensuring vehicle compliance with safety and DOT standards, and staying informed on product offerings and industry trends.
