About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves frequent travel to existing and new accounts within various industries such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, DoD, and Power Generation. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, collaborating with internal departments to meet targets, and maintaining detailed records within Salesforce. Due to military contract requirements, US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel domestically with the potential for some international to conduct sales presentations
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory for consideration due to military contract requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Manufacturing, or Welding related fields
  • 5+ years prior industrial sales experience in related markets O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen

Responsibilities

  • Frequent travel to customers, both existing and new accounts, related to the various industries (O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen)
  • Listen to customers and help identify solutions to customers’ concerns or challenges
  • Collaborate with other departments and team focused on meeting targets to achieve long term profitability
  • Potentially 30-40% travel requirements locally between customer visits, business unit locations, or industry events
  • Strong personal computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet software and Power Point
  • Maintain detailed records on assigned accounts and contact information within Salesforce including cases, tracking opportunities & leads
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple customers/prospect accounts
  • Other duties as assigned
