About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves frequent travel to existing and new customers within various industries such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, DoD, and Power Generation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a desire to succeed, and the ability to identify and solve customer concerns. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel domestically with the potential for some international to conduct sales presentations
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory for consideration due to military contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Manufacturing, or Welding related fields
  • 5+ years prior industrial sales experience in related markets O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen
  • Highly motivated & results oriented with strong desire to succeed
  • Strong personal computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet software and Power Point

Responsibilities

  • Frequent travel to customers, both existing and new accounts, related to the various industries (O&G, Aerospace, DoD, Power Gen)
  • Listen to customers and help identify solutions to customers’ concerns or challenges
  • Collaborate with other departments and team focused on meeting targets to achieve long term profitability
  • Potentially 30-40% travel requirements locally between customer visits, business unit locations, or industry events
  • Maintain detailed records on assigned accounts and contact information within Salesforce including cases, tracking opportunities & leads
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple customers/prospect accounts
  • Other duties as assigned
