We are seeking an experienced Commercial New Construction Plumbing Account Representative to expand our presence within the contractor market and drive growth across a well-established territory. The Commercial New Construction Plumbing Account Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with plumbing, mechanical, and general contractors throughout the territory. This role focuses on identifying project opportunities, reviewing plans and specifications, influencing product selection, generating bid opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth. The ideal candidate understands the commercial construction sales cycle, has experience calling on contractors, and can quickly establish credibility with customers. Success in this role requires persistence, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex construction projects from bidding through completion.
