About The Position

This role involves outbound outreach to engage potential clients, prospecting and qualifying leads, educating them on the company's value proposition, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality. The ideal candidate will have field experience and a desire to apply it in a commercial role within a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years as a merchandiser, field rep, reset specialist, or in-store execution role (agency or brand side).
  • Strong communicator who can translate field realities into compelling business conversations.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone, sending targeted emails, and building a pipeline.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and high rewards.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • B2B or SaaS sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
