About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. This role offers unlimited upside earnings potential and a lasting career with autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 -- 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP provides continuous sales training and the latest technology to support your success. You will spend most of your time selling in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles through implementation. As you close deals, you will be rewarded with industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. Leaders will support your career advancement and provide ongoing sales training.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive, persistent style with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly and professionally.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership qualities, resourcefulness, ability to thrive under pressure, and bounce back quickly.
  • Ability to build relationships, live with integrity, and deliver on promises.
  • Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience OR Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within an assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
