About The Position

This position is built into our structured Sales-to-Leadership Development Track, specifically designed to develop professional specialists into future Team Leads and Managers. You will begin by mastering our core communication and enrollment processes. As you demonstrate mastery and dedication, you will gain direct mentorship, coaching, and immediate opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities. The role involves two phases: Phase 1 focuses on Client Relations & Representation, including conducting virtual consultations, understanding client needs, presenting solutions, managing follow-ups, and updating the company system. Phase 2 focuses on Leadership Development, including team mentorship, facilitating training sessions, contributing to process improvements, and taking on increasing leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Previous customer-facing, sales, or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A highly self-motivated mindset centered on reliability and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional virtual meetings with prospective clients within our active regions.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored protection solutions.
  • Manage daily client follow-ups and update the company system with attention to detail.
  • Focus on meeting baseline milestones and participating daily in professional development.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
  • Facilitate team training sessions and share best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and remote team engagement.
  • Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as your experience and skill set grow.
