This position is built into our structured Sales-to-Leadership Development Track, specifically designed to develop professional specialists into future Team Leads and Managers. You will begin by mastering our core communication and enrollment processes. As you demonstrate mastery and dedication, you will gain direct mentorship, coaching, and immediate opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities. The role involves two phases: Phase 1 focuses on Client Relations & Representation, including conducting virtual consultations, understanding client needs, presenting solutions, managing follow-ups, and updating the company system. Phase 2 focuses on Leadership Development, including team mentorship, facilitating training sessions, contributing to process improvements, and taking on increasing leadership responsibilities.
