Sales Representative - Inside, Rental

About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting customers with sales and rental equipment needs. The role involves entering rental contracts and billing statements, ordering and stocking supplies, answering customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be responsible for loading and unloading equipment as needed and performing other assigned duties. The role operates in both an office and warehouse environment, requiring flexibility in scheduling and varying hours. Occasional travel is also a component of this role.

Requirements

• 2 years of previous construction equipment experience needed.
• General knowledge of construction equipment needed.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required.
• Good organizational skills with excellent communication skills (verbally & written) is required.
• Must be well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DBS preferred.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with sales and rental equipment needs.
• Entering all rental contracts, billing statements/invoices.
• Ordering supplies, selling supply items, and re-stocking supply items.
• Answering calls and questions that customers have.
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
• Loading and unloading equipment when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
