About The Position

LSINC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify, develop, and close opportunities for our industrial digital printing solutions. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting through equipment demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and customer handoff. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who is comfortable selling high-value capital equipment and working closely with customers to understand their manufacturing, production, and decoration challenges. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, persistence, and the ability to coordinate with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, manufacturing, industrial technology, printing, automation, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Experience selling industrial equipment or technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital printing, manufacturing, promotional products, packaging, or industrial production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
  • Generate leads through prospecting, trade shows, referrals, industry networking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business objectives, production requirements, and application needs.
  • Present LSINC products, capabilities, and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, sample production, and application testing with internal teams.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, business cases, and sales presentations.
  • Manage opportunities through the CRM system and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
  • Close sales opportunities and support successful customer onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.
  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated internally.
  • Support long-term account growth by identifying additional opportunities and applications.
  • Work closely with Applications, Engineering, Service, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Coordinate customer visits, factory acceptance tests, and demonstrations.
  • Communicate customer requirements, timelines, and expectations to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of case studies, customer success stories, and market intelligence.
