About The Position

This position manages an ₹8 Cr territory, making it a highly critical role for the business. The role involves promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. The representative will be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. This includes pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize benefits. The role also involves promoting and educating on company products/services, conducting market research on customers and competitors, implementing market development plans, and communicating customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
