About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative: IEG Division to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform interior, exterior, and gutter (IEG) inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with interiors, exteriors, or gutters
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations for interior, exterior, and gutter projects
• Meet with homeowners to discuss project needs and recommend solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Manage appointments, documentation, and scheduling effectively as a Sales Representative
