About The Position
Responsible for driving outside sales and business development for Fulfillment and eCommerce services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and increasing organizational visibility with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience (or equivalent).
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business by scheduling meetings, securing accounts, and building customer relationships.
- Gather project details, prepare accurate pricing, and deliver formal quotes.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and fulfillment budget expectations.
- Track sales activity, leads, and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market conditions to adjust pricing and remain competitive.
- Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to coordinate project details and schedules.
- Follow up on quotes and maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
- Stay current through industry learning and professional networking.
- Support team objectives and complete additional duties as needed.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and travel up to 50%.
Benefits
- Commission based on sales (5-10% of project value, minus labor and material expenses)
