About The Position
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team for pre-need sales, as well as at-need cemetery sales. As our Sales Representative, you will be the primary contact for families during their time of grief and assist them in their choices for their family member's final arrangements.
Requirements
- Prospecting experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License a must
- Bilingual a plus
- 2-4 years performance-based sales
- Positive and supportive attitude working in a Catholic environment
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Self-motivated to put in the work

- Focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of the families
- Control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you

Benefits
- Hourly: $16.80 + Commission
- Uncapped commission
