About The Position

We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products – and we’re looking for driven, relationship-focused sales professionals to help us grow. We’re looking for a Sales Representative - Exit, a strategic, results-oriented sales professional who will engage prospective owners at the conclusion of their resort experience to convert interest into vacation ownership and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and closing skills.
Ability to connect authentically with guests, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
Active Real Estate or Timeshare License may be required depending on location.
Experience in timeshare, real estate, travel, or high-ticket sales preferred.

Nice To Haves

Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and personalized consultations.
Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
Use creative sales approaches to connect emotionally with guests and differentiate Vacatia in a competitive market.
Track and measure performance to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
