About The Position

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more customers into our on-site, membership based training program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and provide informative tours of our facility.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training demos, facility tours, and membership offers for customers enrolling in the program.
• Book additional tours from a database of prospects who have registered but not completed scheduling.
• Nurture prospects who did not sign up during their initial demo into becoming customers.
• Update the CRM daily with accurate information to ensure visibility and accountability.
