The Inside Sales role is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, assisting with customer-related issues, completing customer quotes, and providing updates on requests from the field sales team, while also seeking new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or sales support experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product pricing by consulting the price matrix and other resources.
  • Provide support to outside salespeople.
  • Manage a defined territory of accounts.
  • Sales reporting via our ERP system.
  • Responsible for accurate order entry.
  • Prepare and submit oral and written customer sales quotations.
  • Resolve customer service issues.
  • Track open sales orders and customer back orders.
  • Timely follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate processing of purchase orders with other departments.
  • Continually develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Attain Sales Goals and Objectives.
