Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing Verizon Business customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, plans, and services.
  • Educate customers on Verizon’s business solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
