As a Bilingual Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! This position will reside in: Miami, FL.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish Required
• A high school diploma/GED is required
• 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience
• Maintaining a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and a safe driving record
• If applicable, must participate in the company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels
• Ability to obtain your food safety certification

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to customers.
• Pursue new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying prospective customers, developing sales strategies, and presenting them.
• Deepen and strengthen existing customer relationships by conducting regular visits and business reviews, providing training on product offerings, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Manage sales territory by balancing new customer acquisition and existing customer relationship management, coordinating visits, and communicating order status.
• Participate in various training offerings, including e-learning, classroom sessions, video roleplays, job shadowing, and peer sales representative mentorship during the first 90 days.
