Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM and dialer systems.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume outbound calls through an automated dialer system.
  • Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the system.
  • Schedule callbacks or transfers to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and lead generation.
  • Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Benefits

  • Hourly salary of $22.
  • 4-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
  • On-site work in a dynamic environment.
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • Saturday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Advance notice of work schedules will be provided.
