The Opportunity This full-time B2B direct sales role blends outside sales production with leadership development. As a Sales Representative & Field Trainer, you'll meet face-to-face with business owners and employees within your territory while also mentoring newer agents as they learn our systems and approach. Representatives operate as independent contractors, allowing flexibility in how you manage your schedule and territory while still receiving structured support, training resources, and leadership guidance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading by example, building relationships, and helping others grow alongside them.

Requirements

• Have prior experience in outside sales, leadership, or mentorship roles
• Enjoy helping others develop while continuing to grow personally
• Thrive in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments
• Are organized, self-motivated, and reliable

• Communicate clearly and build trust easily
• Have reliable transportation and can travel locally
• Willing to obtain a Health & Life license

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching
• Lead by example through consistent personal production
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
