Requirements

  • Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to effectively interact and negotiate with senior management, internal and external customers, and persuade, market, and sell new ideas; ability to synthesize and decide best communication approaches for technical issues and information
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and adapt known methods, system procedures, or operating concepts to new situations
  • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
  • Ability to participate on multiple teams at one time, while maintaining a high level of customer service and focus on commitments
  • Proven ability to review complex data and derive summary conclusions
  • Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail
  • Intermediate Knowledge in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Business Case Preparation, Business Definition Requirements, Business Objects
  • Beginner to Intermediate Knowledge in: Tableau, SQL
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Two years of related work experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Develops and automates reports and reporting processes using tools including but not limited to Business Objects, SQL, Tableau, Access and Excel
  • Supports and maintains standardized reports delivered to field force; assist with resolving sales data related inquiries; Collaborates with Sales Enablement and other functional areas to drive sales reporting and sales data systems related projects and initiatives
  • Assist with ensuring the quality and timeliness of data available to internal and external customers
  • Participates in small to medium projects to improve processes and increase efficiencies in quality management and deployment of sales reports and analysis
  • Works with Sales Reporting team to map current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities; uses business process maps to develop procedures, and operational processes; develops accurate project deliverables, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, test plans, interface specifications, issues/concerns logs, project certification logs, project checklists, use-case scenario specifications applies appropriate analyses to business unit issues to provide the best resolution and satisfy internal and external customers; assists with vendor selection as necessary
  • Participates with planning, organizing, and implementing project plans; Ensures that all changes in the processes/procedures, to include new system implementation and/or upgrades are documented and communicated to the business unit and other affected departments before project implementation
  • Creates reports to support quality reviews and to provide management information, and provides analysis of those reports to management about key sales metrics; presents and discusses these reports and analysis with management
