About The Position

At Twin Cities Siding Professionals, we're looking for a driven, people-first professional who thrives in a dual-function role - closing new business and owning the repair and warranty experience from start to finish. This isn't a siloed sales job or a back-office repair desk. You'll be the face of the company in both contexts: turning new leads into signed projects and turning repair visits into lasting relationships (and bigger opportunities).

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in roofing, siding, windows, in-home sales, or a related commission-based sales role (experience in car sales or retail sales considered)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with roof inspections - not afraid of heights
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
  • Highly organized and self-motivated - able to manage a multi-function workload independently
  • Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available
  • Comfortable with day-to-day technology tools - smartphone, tablet, CRM, email, scheduling, and basic reporting; willingness to learn new systems as needed
  • Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely for inspection purposes
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions - heat, cold, rain
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and maneuver in tight spaces during repair work
  • Valid driver's license
  • must be comfortable driving to multiple job sites daily

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners
  • Inspect roofs, siding, and exterior projects - accurately assess scope and present solutions
  • Build trust quickly and close high-value deals
  • Self-generate additional opportunities through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networking
  • Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and see deals through to close
  • Own the repair and warranty pipeline - manage all open jobs currently in the system
  • Conduct on-site assessments for repair leads and present options to homeowners
  • Perform repairs directly where applicable, or schedule and coordinate subcontractors to complete the work
  • Use every repair and warranty interaction as an opportunity to build trust and identify upsell potential - from a targeted repair to a full project
  • Follow up on completed repairs to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of repair status, scheduling, and outcomes in the company CRM
  • Other duties as assigned
