About The Position

Vertical Solutions Roofing is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Carrollton, TX, with travel to job sites in the surrounding area required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a confident communicator, and a natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers uncapped earning potential and flexibility, with a focus on educating clients rather than hard-selling. Requirements

  • Must be in-person at our office located in Carrollton, TX.
  • Must have your own, reliable car or truck to travel to job sites in the surrounding area.
  • Must be available during the day and occasional evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners and property owners.
  • Sales experience: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Door knock and call to get new homeowner leads.
  • Conduct property inspections and generate job scopes.
  • Prepare and deliver professional estimates using company software.
  • Prospect and network to generate new leads.
  • Build long-term relationships through follow-up and top-level customer service.
  • Represent the company at community and industry events.
  • Educate homeowners and property managers about roofing systems, storm damage, and repair/replacement options.
  • Submit project details and client handoff to the production team.
  • Guide clients through the insurance claims process.
  • Follow up post-project to ensure client satisfaction.
