Remote Sales Rep — $100K–$300K, Recent Grads Welcome
About The Position
This fully remote sales role is open to recent graduates and people early in their careers. The representative helps people who have asked about life insurance select coverage from more than 60 carriers, conducting client consultations by phone and Zoom. The role offers training in professional client consultations, life insurance products, and managing an independent sales pipeline and schedule. It is a full-time, 1099 commission-only position with uncapped earnings. Average commissions are $800–$1,200 per policy; full-time agents typically earn $100,000–$300,000 or more in their first year. Payments are made daily or weekly.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Laramie, Wyoming area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Available to work full time, about 40 hours per week.
- No degree required.
