Responsibilities

Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying process with professionalism and transparency
Build lasting relationships with customers both in-store and through digital communication
Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently
Use CRM tools, social media, and digital platforms to generate and manage leads
Follow up consistently to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals
